Sandgaard Foundation, Executive Director
As Executive Director, Kyle drives the Foundation’s national initiatives to combat the opioid crisis. Under his leadership, the Foundation funds overdose prevention, recovery, and advocacy programs through grants, campaigns, and partnerships.

Recent grantees include Yale University’s Program in Addiction Medicine, The Voices Project, Recover Out Loud, Mobilize Recovery, The Colorado Naloxone Project, and the award-winning film Junction (Amazon Prime).

XJet, a premier private aviation brand with bases in London (STN) and Dubai (DWC), has received international recognition from Aviation International News, Robb Report, and multiple design and branding awards.

Kyle and his family were featured in the Animal Planet series Hanging with the Hendersons, which aired for two seasons internationally. The show spotlighted their family dynamic and the compassionate veterinary work of his father, Dr. Tony Henderson, and brothers, Ross and Ryan.
